cut away task

a cut away - is basically moving on from one thing to another that have some sort of correlation to it  for example in. a movie they could be talking about something that happened in the past but the audiences has not seen in yet because it is not apart of the present time line so they would do a cut away of the scene they are talking about which makes it much more interesting because we can actually see what they are talking about and gives context about what they are talking about. we were given a homework task to film cutaways of our kitchen so i just did about 20 seconds on each thing so i knew i had enough good footage then cut it down on premier pro, i am pleased with the outcome but i think i made some of clips too long and some too short so next time i think i jwoukd just make them all the same length.
